My parents are going to celebrate Burn's Night tomorrow...no, they're not scottish, they just needed an excuse to get the good whisky out and drink it. With haggis. THE traditional scottish haggis... And they're going to listen to bagpipe music. All night.

Yippee!! Finished dribbling over my DVD player, as the closing credits to Moonchild echo in my head. Oh gods, I've been waiting a hell of a long time to see that film and now that it's over, I'm crying every last tear in my demonic little heart...
Gackt and Hyde are SOOOOOOO good!! Hyde as the depressed vampire and Gackt as the gang leader, a match made in Hell, so to speak... And yes, they're quite frankly giving each-other THE look, but we don't mind, do we? Shame it's a PG rating for violence and not for smut, or we'd be hip-deep in drool...^_^<3


It's amazing the negative reviews Moonchild's had since it's first release...! I admit it's not the film of the century, but it doesn't aspire to be. It's content with being a film based on friendship, made and broken, and how powerful a force that can be. It shows that for friendship, you can die or kill. It's a force more powerful than love in some cases, and I've fallen in love with it.
So if you read the reviews, don't take them for granted : go and see the film!

Fave quote out of the whole movie? Sho (Gackt) saying to Kei (Hyde) "I've been waiting for you...always..."

Well, what to say? I'm *still* waiting for an answer from the interpreter's school I applied to, it's raining on the french countryside (cows in rain...lovely pic) and I've finished watching Taboo and MoonChild.

Of course, my mate forgot to tell me that he hadn't found them with subs yet, meaning that I haven't understood half of the films... Oh well, at least I can drool in peace with Gackt and Hyde... Not all lost is it?^__*

Well, something good comes out of my eternal days on the Net... I've finally found two *very* interesting asian films that are *very* hard to find in Europe (let alone France!)
So I'm downloading MoonChild, starring Gackt and Hyde, Arc-en-ciel's vocalist (I've been waiting six years to find it!!) and Taboo, a great samouraï film by Kitano, and based around the time of the Shinsengumi...

Ditto title... What a effing boring life I lead! I'm (for a change!!) in front of the TV while surfing, looking at my dog and my cats sleep/snore/make funny faces/twitch...^___* Is it me, or does my whole existence feel like a giant déjà-vu...?
News update : I've finished the first 13 episodes of Death Note (...and viva friends with faster broadband!!), I'm downloading Gackt's Requiem and Reminescence live tour, my rats have discovered the joys of EATING my electrical wires (bye-bye loudspeakers) and I've got no more chocolate in the house...

This is going to be a very interesting day...it's raining and cold, I'm alone in my house, the dog is snoring (yes, dogs can do that!), the cats are gone outside, and my rats are sleeping like piles of laundry.
I'm listening to Kyo's "gentle" voice screaming and I'm looking at the rain fall on the grass... Great day, right? Tomorrow might be better!

Yipee...It's 00:18 and I'm bored stiff...watching "Anatomy" at the moment. My gods, this is a very crappy film...what the hell am I doing???
